Celebrating our second year of involvement with this wonderful charity, we had the opportunity to support the Royal Hospital For Women at the Public House Group’s 2018 Ladies Luncheon at Bistro Moncur in Woollahra.
The event featured a wonderful selection of delicious food and drink and showcased the amazing generosity and spirit of philanthropy within the community here in Woollahra.
This year the boutique donated a stunning Aquamarine ring which was co designed with Public House Group’s owner, Harriet Waugh. This was the major prize raffled off during the afternoon with all proceeds donated to the Royal Hospital For Women.
Along with this, we hosted an intimate Gallery room, displaying a collection of some of our most exquisite new pieces for the ladies in attendance to view and a collection of hand painted renderings of our designs to showcase the craftsmanship, creativity and design process that is involved in many of the bespoke pieces we create.
Attendees had the opportunity to see first-hand the design process and also view large and incredible rare gemstones that we specifically sourced for the event and will be used in a selection of the designs that we are currently working on in the boutique.
“It was a huge honour to support this meaningful cause and make a difference in the community by participating in this wonderful fundraising event.” – Matthew Ely.
The afternoon was a great success, with an impressive $155,000 raised for the Royal Hospital For Women. We’d like to thank Public House Group for involving us, we’re already looking forward to next year’s luncheon!
